Post War kitchen duty.

Here is a Uber Elite WWII German M40 Helmet that was slightly modified in 1946 in Fulda for kitchen duty as an enameled colander. Bottom photo is a close up of the M40's vent hole.

Next up is a vintage WWII German M34 civic Helmet, either a fire or a police helmet that has been modified for post war use. Bottom photo shows the two vent holes. I really hope this was once a police helmet ... the long handle of the law... ...
